Thanks for your support of my London Marathon 2020 (delayed to 2021) challenge! I am a Trustee of the GWT and believe passionately that we should give something back to those that have served but now live in poverty in Nepal. Some ex Gurkhas are very vulnerable, and your donations help them and their families and communities. I first served with the Gurkhas in 1991 in Hong Kong and have since been privileged to lead them on operations in Sierra Leone, Iraq and Afghanistan. They are fabulous soldiers and I want to honour their forefathers and their communities and widows in Nepal.
