About nine months ago I decided it was time to get on my bike and get some exercise. It’s was a bit of a struggle at times over the winter so I decided to set myself a goal – and this is it!

I will be taking part in the "Escape from Cornwall" - a 100KM cycle on 3 June from Looe (in South Cornwall) to Barnstaple (in North Devon). All 500 competitors will be raising much needed sponsorship for the fantastic work done at the North Devon Hospice.
