This year I'm taking part in the annual Aberdovey bike ride. This year to make it more challenging I'm going to do the long route over Dinas Mawddwy. 

I'm doing it to raise money for Mary Stephen's hospice as it's a smaller charity and they do not get the same publicity as the bigger charity's. 

Hospice's​ offer a valuable service to people in palliative care. A hospital ward is an undignified place to spend your last hours of life.
