Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you know I am going to jump out of a perfectly good aircraft at around 12000 ft but what you wont know is the reason why. One night with friends and colleagues the subject of fund raising for a couple of charities cropped up and they all decided to run a half marathon.

Unfortunately myself and my inspiration for this jump, Danielle a true 'friend', said that due to medical reasons (our knees are shot) we couldnt join in the fund raising. Of course our group of friends couldn't see us not joining in so they came up with the alternative approach, jump out of a plane. 

I hasten to add that by the time this suggestion was put forward it was rather late and one or two glasses of fine red wine had been consumed, hence our enthuisiasm to 'join in' and our acceptance of the challenge.

We have decided that we are paying the cost of the flight (one way) and the jump ourselves so all monies donted to my site will go to the chosen charities.

If I am going to do this then I need all the motivation I can get and seeing the total sponsored increaseing will do just that. So please give what you can, every little will help and together we will make a difference to so many lives.
