Thanks for stopping by...
Last year my dad was diagnosed with a rare degenerative brain disorder called Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy, or PSP as we've come to know it. It's been a tough year coming to terms with this b@astard of a disease which effects around 4000 people in the UK and doesn't have a cure.
I want to do my bit and raise a bit of cash for the PSP Association, who both research to find a cure and also provide support for families in the same boat as us, their volunteer run helpline has been a lifeline!
You can find out a bit more here: http://www.pspassociation.org.uk/what-is-psp/
I'm not the most accomplished runner and last year came third from last in a 10k, the person behind me was an elderly bloke who was waiting to cross the line with his elderly wife so really I came second to last! But me and my cousins Chris and Sarah are having a go!
If you can spare a few quid to help me get close to my total that would be awesome and very much appreciated by myself, my family, everyone affected by PSP and most importantly my dad, thanks for any donation, no matter how small (or MASSIVE!)
