Thanks for coming to my Scotland Coast to Coast page.

Last year I supported Hope and Homes by running across the country from Carlisle to Newcastle.

This year I'll be supporting them again by running, mountain biking and kayaking from Nairn (just north of Inverness) on the North coast of Scotland to Fort William, on the South West Coast. It's going to be an epic 105 mile journey with 10840ft of ascent through the wild countryside of Scotland. (Christ! How am I going to manage this!?)

I'm completing it with my best mate, Harry, who is almost as big a div as I am!

I'm doing this for Hope and Home for Children. This inspirational charity helps take and keep kids out of orphanages and keeps them in their homes across Europe and Africa. Their priority is getting them out of institutions and keeping them in a loving family environment.
