The Halow250 cycle is in its tenth and final year! This will be the third time I have ridden to support them; it doesn't get any easier but this time I have roped in an intrepid team from www.inoplas.co.uk to make the journey together in celebration of our own 50th anniversary.

The Halow project removes the barriers to opportunities that often face people with learning disabilities. We all want - and deserve - to have friends, to have a meaningful purpose in life, and to enjoy living. These everyday goals can be very difficult for someone with learning disabilities to reach but Halow provides amazing chances to be part of a community, to develop talents, and to find opportunities to work. It's a real lifeline and enables the young people it supports to live rich, busy and fulfilling lives. Please help if you can!
