Cancer Support UK is a small charity competing for funds in a crowded landscape but what they do is amazing. When my lovely sister-in-law Jo first had chemo I asked them to send her a practical cancer kit and I know she really benefitted from it. They also provide emotional and practical support at a time of confusion, anger and low mood for people impacted by cancer. 

Rather than give me a present please support this wonderful charity in delivering its much needed services.

We all miss Jo but I'll never forget her reaction to the sherbet lemons in the cancer kit.
