I wanted to do a challenge that will help young children that has gone through so much trauma mentally and physically in their lives and let them have one day where they can forget about the pain and just be kids.

Make a Wish Foundation grant wishes to children that has faced life changing illnesses at such a young age. In most cases the children face terminal illnesses which is the ultimate price to pay. They fight for survival every day and all the pain they have to go through they need to have a dream to focus on to help them. Make A Wish helps the families put a smile back on there children's faces just one more time. As a father I couldn't think of anything worse in my life then sitting there helpless watching your children suffer.

I wanted to do this to make sure that the money that I raise goes to a good cause and if I can bare the pain for 13miles just to help one child grant a wish I would do it 100 times over.

Oliver has been through a lot for a 6 year old. He's living with an undiagnosed genetic condition which has caused problems with his heart, kidney, bowels and bladder. He's already had open heart surgery, spinal surgery, and a kidney removed. Oliver is a huge Star Wars fan who's watched all the films and spends hours re-enacting scenes with his toys. So when the young Jedi-in-the-making turned to us, he knew exactly what to wish for... ........ Young Oliver became a Jedi for the day at Star Wars Studios and fought against evil Darth Maul.....
