Story

Update. Tuesday 30th April. Training still going well, feeling stronger than I have ever been feeling confident about a new PB. Ran 64 mins for 8 mile local circuit which includes going up a 15% hill 8 times. The actual course is alot flatter so 100 minustes looks possible.

PLEASE SPONSOR ME IF YOU CAN, OR JUST EMAIL AND PLEDGE ME SOME.............................

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running for my local St Michaels Hospice just outside Hereford which does great work and relies totally on charity for its £5m annual running costs. I am also going to match whatever is donated and put it towards the Ear Hospital in Nepal that our family friends Mike Smith and his wife Fiona are attempting to build in  Pokhara, West Nepal.

More details of the project can be found here  http://www.earaidnepal.org/

I will be matching any donations which will go directly to St Michaels Hospice with the equivalent amount to the Ear hospital so please give generously and bankrupt me! Its your last chance.

Kind regards and best wishes.

John.
