UPDATE:

Finished in 1 hour 19 minutes. 24th place in the veteran age group, 71st over all categories. Very pleased with time in the run, 26th over all categories. Results here

Hello. I'm looking for sponsorship again. I'm doing a triathlon down in Bude this weekend and thought I might as well use it to raise some money for a worthy cause (Pituitary Foundation).


I'd like to thank John Ogden who gave me the bicycle I have been using for training and that I will use in the triathlon.

I would also like to thank Andrew Wilson for his offer of a bike helmet.
