Simon, I was pulling wheelies all the way round. That added a couple of hours. Then I moon walked most of the marathon, actually that would have been quicker!

Done it! 14 Hours and 21 minutes and on that note I will retire from ironman competition. Many thanks for all your very kind donations.

Seeing all the Nagasaki Whippets when I racked my bike hasn't helped my confidence. There should be an over 14 stone category.
