Having never run for anything before until now, I was asked to take part in the Manchester 10k. so I decided to run for Meningitis Now, it's a charity we also support through my sons local football club (Bolton County FC), it's a really great charity who do some fantastic work. Anything you can spare no matter how small would really inspire me to do my best and finish in the best possible time. Training has been going reasonably well and I'm hoping to finish in about an hour. It would be really great if I could come in under 1 hour, please feel free to inspire me to do this with your messages and donations.
