Dementia UK is a fabulous charity. It supports families who have been affected by dementia. I’m running in the Brighton Marathon (my first marathon) to help Dementia UK’s work.

My mother is 91 years old (see my cover photo), she has vascular dementia and, as a result, has lost so much from her life. She lives with us and we try our best to give her some of what she has lost. Dementia UK helps families fill some of the gap that’s left.
