Some of you may be aware that I have spent the last three months training hard for the Birmingham Half Marathon. It's something that I wouldn't necesarily choose to do BUT, after a very close friend's four year-old son Reece Tilsley was diagnosed with Leukemia last year (on his birthday) it gave me all the motivation I needed.

Reece is now on the road to recovery and into his 'maintenance' period. But although this may feel like the end, for his family it provides them with an opportunity to give something back and support a special charity that has helped them over the past 11 months.

Alex (Reece's Dad) has chosen Alexander Devine who (in his words) provided fantastic support to both him and his family.
