Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Isabel Bojko was just two and a half years old when she was diagnosed at the Queens Medical Centre with an inoperable and rare brain tumour. She fought this illness with chemotherapy for 9 months but sadly the tumour was too aggressive and Isabel, known to her family as Bluebell because of her big blue eyes died on 26th July 2009.
Isabel's family have been supporting P.A.S.I.C (Parents association for seriously ill children) a parent support group who do lots of wonderful things for children who are suffering from cancer, leukemia or a brain tumour. They have organised days out, holidays for families, emotional and financial support and they have a support person who is based at the Queens Medical Centre.
On Sunday 21st November 2010 myself and Isabel's mum Jo are going to attempt the 10k Pudding Run at Shipley Park. For some of you fitness finatics 10k may seem like nothing out there but to us novices this is a major challenge, we both have been preparing for weeks and are determined to complete this for Isabel and P.A.S.I.C.
Even if just a few pence please support us on this challenge.
