I have suffered epilepsy from the young age of two up until the age of sixteen  and was declared epilepsy free. Unfortunately at the age of 23 I was re-diagnosed as suffering from Genetic Epilepsy Syndrome.  

I suffer from nocturnal seizures for which I am on 3 types of medication for (clonazepam, Keppra, Melatonin) and I used to have petit mal seizures which have all but disappeared thanks to the Keppra and the quick work of my neurologists!

After my diagnosis I wanted to raise awareness of Epilepsy and contribute to the support and research this charity does to enable young people to live their lives as full as possible. 

I run the purple predictor run every year alongside other sporting events :
