As some of you may already know I am running the London Marathon this year. After almost being given the all clear from the Physio after injury No.1, I have decided to temp fate and compile my "Just Giving Page" and ask for your support in the way of sponsorship

I am running for the St Johns Ambulance, a charity which not only has a massive presence on the day of the Marathon, but is also a charity which plays a crucial role in supporting the Emergency Services every day

I am hoping that by running for this charity they will give me special treatment on the day & scrape me off the floor when i cant run any further, so I ask that you donate generously to this worthwhile cause, and also the St Johns Ambulance charity
