James and I have decided to raise funds for SiMBA on behalf of our beautiful peedie boy Jock Alexander, who was born sleeping on 24.03.21 💙

SiMBA is a charity that make memory boxes for bereaved parents to help gather timeless memories of their angels, along with providing support groups, equipment to maternity units to help you create lasting memories and so much more. 

On 13th June 2020 we had our first encounter with the charity when we miscarried our multiples within the first trimester, we were given a beautiful memory box from SiMBA that enabled us to treasure our babies and while we had not yet had the opportunity to make memories with them but we were given something physical to remember them by. 

We hoped this would be the last time we would come across the charity, but unfortunately the world had other ideas. 

On the 24th March 2021, our beautiful peedie angel Jock was born sleeping at 0512 at 40+2, after suffering a massive antipartum hemorrhage.

Words cannot describe how difficult this has been for us and our families but we have been completely overhelmed by everyones support. 

During our stay at Balfour Maternity Unit, we got to spend precious time with our peedie man and thanks to SiMBA we were given a camera and printer to use, to capture every beautiful moment as he met our family and friends. We are forever grateful to have gotten the opportunity to use this equipment and be able to have these keepsakes 💙
