I chose this charity as I've always found joy in caring for and looking after elders, unable to look after themselves. I grew up very close to my grandmother, and have spent all my holidays staying with her and looking after her. This taught so much value in simplicity, a small chat and smile can really make a difference in their life. Just spending some time, keeping them active - that's all it takes.
