I am doing this challenge with Ness McNamara to support our friend Rose who spent most of her childhood and teenage years suffering from a rare condition called Hereditary Angioedema.  This causes swellings in many areas of the body, internal and external, combined with severe pain, discomfort, violent vomiting, diarrhea and throat swellings. 

HAEuk was set up last year as a charity to help and support sufferers and most importantly, promote awareness in the medical world and general public of this debilitating and potentially fatal condition.
