On Saturday 18 September, I am waking up early to take on the Dawn Walk for Samaritans and will walk 10k while the sun rises.

I am walking with my sister, Liz Russ, virtually,  in memory of our brother Stephen who we sadly lost in July 2019.

It will be at the same time as thousands of others across the country, in solidarity with those who are struggling to cope.

I know that everyone has a story and especially right now people are dealing with many issues. Sometimes people feel unable to talk to those around them, whether near or far and need someone anonymous at the end of a phone to be their life line. Please just be a life line or make a call to a life line and know that there is a way through.
