<p><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">I am running the Bradford Half Marathon on Sunday the 2nd of October 2011. This will be the second time that I have run this very challenging course. My goal is to beat last year’s time of 2hr 45 mins. This race is one of the hardest routes for a half marathon and I really struggled last year and I know that I am also going to really find it difficult again. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">This year I am raising money for the Fire Fighters Charity. This is an excellent charity and I hope that you will all support me in raising money for this worthwhile cause.</span></span></p>

The Fire Fighters Charity is here for fire fighters during their times of need. The Charity offers vital support services across the UK for all fire fighters, assisting in excess of 17,500 individuals every year</span></span></p>
