Leeds 10k takes place on Sunday 19th June.  I have entered to help raise money for the Alzheimer's society.  I chose this charity as more and more people are being diagnosed with dementia and this charity provides help and support to patients and carers alike.  I am sure that there are many of us who have been affected in some way by dementia.  A world without the Alzheimer's society is unthinkable as they do so much good work!  Please offer support through making donations and/or coming to cheer me on.  I need your support!!!!
