On the16th and 17th of May, I will be taking part in 26 extreme's Ireland coast to coast event. Starting in Co. Sligo and finishing in Newcastle, Co. Down, the event covers 316Kms over two days. Day one will involve 155kms of cycling and kayaking across lough Erne. And day two will begin with 122km cycle and finish with a mere 35km run across the Mourne mountains. (Eeeek)

I have never attempted an event on this scale but feel confident that I can complete it with your support ( and maybe some training).

I will be taking part in order to raise much needed funds for those affected by Motor Neurone Disease in Northern ireland.
