Without our brave servicemen and women we wouldn't have the freedom we have today and without their protection and selflessness in future who knows what lies ahead. I want in a small way to say my thanks to them and everyone in my family who has fought in any of the wars to protect us. 

This is the 4 th year I've done this run with my 2 cocker spaniels - Sadly the older black and white one Buster can't make it this year as he's not up to it ( nearly 18 ) but the younger one Chip ( nearly 14) will be at my side checking every few minutes to see if there's a treat about to be offered - I think we both might need to do most of the journey at scouts pace as not much training has been done this year !

 I'm hoping to raise £500 from sponsors and I will match this or whatever the amount is from my business for this worthwhile cause. Even if it's a small amount please give as it all adds up.
