Our good friend, Colin, died in February 2012. His heart stopped after playing a game of tennis and his death has been attributed to Sudden  Arrhythmic Death Syndrome or SADS. He was only 38 years old. He left his lovely wife, Nicola, and their two beautiful little girls behind. They were 9 weeks old and 22 months when he died.

Doug and I want to do something in memory of Colin. On 19th May we are running the Prestwood 10k, to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. We would be extremely grateful if you could give as little or as much as you can, to help research into this condition.
