We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

Mick was diagnosed in 2016 with progressive Dementia of the Alzheimers type. This disease (I think) has been acerbated by years of heading a football. Mick played from a very young age on to well into his 50's. We decided to do this walk to help support the fight against dementia.

We are walking on the 19th September on Keston Common starting at 11 a.m. by the water fountain. If anyone wants to join us follow the Ravensbourne Trail (lilac background with white arrow). If you go to the online shop you can buy a t-shirt.

Any money donated will help towards a cure for other people who are suffering from this terrible disease.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
