Story
Alex Walters was a much loved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend. He was only 24 years old when he died unexpectedly on 14th January 2017. We miss him so much.
Alex was a compassionate soul who believed strongly in social justice. He understood that a home is not just a physical space, but also provides roots, identity, security, a sense of belonging and a place of emotional wellbeing. He therefore cared deeply about those who are homeless, and would often spend time talking to people in this situation, treating them with the respect they deserve as fellow human beings as well as providing emotional and financial support.
Many of Alex's family and friends have already made donations to homelessness charities in memory of Alex, for which we are very grateful. If you are able to make a difference by making a donation today to this wonderful cause, then please do.
Alex deserves to be remembered and everyone deserves the comfort of a safe, secure and affordable home.
