READ ON AND SEE HOW YOU CAN MAKE US DO STUPID THINGS FOR CHARITY!
Hello everyone! Jo Squared has returned for a second trip of a lifetime to raise money for Cancer Research UK!
Last year we had so much fun and thanks to our very generous friends and family, managed to raise over 120% of our target!
Essentially the idea behind jailbreak is to get as far away from UEA as possible in 48 hours without spending any money to do so! Last year we got stuck in Belgium but managed to reach Brussels as our furthest point. This year we leave on 8th March, and will do our very best for you!
So this year, to raise more money for this amazing charity, we would like to ask anyone who donates money, to give us a challenge to complete on our journey, to thank you for you're kindness.
Last year, we had a few challenges and got photo evidence to take home for you guys. Some of which included:Joey getting motorboated by a football team, both of us getting on the bridge of a huge ferry and sounding the horn (with the captain!), and Joey peeing in a large smarties tube on a train (all in the name of charity).
Challenges can be as wacky as you like. The more you donate, the more we will be willing to do!
We will be updating twitter as we go so you can keep an eye on ur progress and how many challenges we are getting done.
So donate away, and give us your most creative of challenges (we are willing to do this new Harlem Shake craze that is sweeping the nation for enough money).
Lots of love and happy donating!
Joey's aunt Trish passed away on 1st December 2012, after a brave battle with cancer. By taking part in Jailbreak, we hope to raise money for Cancer Research UK in the memory of the lovely lady that we miss so much.
