I am cycling 60 miles to raise some much needed dosh for Breakthrough Breast cancer. Like most of us, I know a lot of people who have come face-to-face with cancer. I have faith in medicine and have personally witnessed major developments happening…I am certain that with more research, great things will happen. Please donate -don't feel pressured to give a large amount - every pound counts and really helps the charity.

(This will be no walk in the park for me I assure you. I have dodgy knees, a heavy bike and turn beetroot-coloured after just a tiny hill-climb). If you want to meet me at the other end (it could be quite a wait), I will be in my second home, Cambridge, late-afternoon, (unless I collapse)…and I will need a large cup of tea-all welcome to join :)
