Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Last year I decided to go out of my comfort zone and take a dip in the cold Aldeburgh sea on Boxing day along with 200 other 'swimmers'. I use that term loosely as it's more of a doggy paddle to keep your body moving and stay warm. It was probably the longest 2 minutes of my life but I felt a sense of achievement and raised a good amount in the course of it.
Please support me again however small amount it all adds up. This will go towards my next big challenge for November 2020 - a bike ride, over 350km in Southern India. I will be 50 in June and wanted to set myself a goal that will test me to the limit. I have not ridden a bike properly since I was about 20. Having lost several friends to cancer, some who did not make 50 or 60 years of age, this is a cause close to my heart.
