Story

It costs just 6 euro to conduct a sight-saving surgery in Ethiopia for those at immediate risk of blindness. Due to COVID-19, the essential healthcare Orbis provides is needed more than ever to ensure that the sight of many people is saved. In Ethiopia, emergency surgeries and post-operative patient care is continuing at our partner hospitals and clinics. Trichiasis (TT) surgery is continuing for those who come to primary and secondary eye care units. You can help us Save Sight with Exercise today by making a donation! We welcome any amount big or small, your support will go a long way in helping us to continue our mission to fight avoidable blindness. Thank you!

Orbis is a charity working to eliminate avoidable blindness. Shockingly, 75% of all visual impairment can be prevented or treated. That means that nearly 190 million adults and children would be able to see today if they had received surgery, treatment or glasses.
