Last November my dad sadly lost his battle against cancer after suffering from an aggressive form of brain tumour for over two years. Following his diagnosis my dad decided to use his experiences to help other people who have been affected by cancer and to fund reseach into this devastating disease by setting up the Thorne Mason Trust.

On 17th October I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for Thorne Mason Trust and would be very grateful of your support.

Since my dad's sad passing me and my family are now even more determined to help other people who are diagnosed with this terrible illness. Through the charity we provide support for people in Pembrokeshire who are in any way affected by cancer and are raising funds for vital research into brain tumours (a cancer which is on the increase but is significantly underfunded).
