In preparation for a goal I've made for myself to run a 10K before I'm 40 years old (eeek - that's next year!), I've decided to start smaller and run a 5K this year.  As part of that goal, I'd like to use this opportunity to raise money for a charity important to our family.  Your support of me in my goal of running can be easily translated into raising money for a very worthy cause.  I thank you very much in advance for your kindness and generosity.
