I am going to be donning a wetsuit in June to take part in the Great North Swim across lake Windermere in aid of the Stroke Association. 

This is all for my Grandad Terry who I am sure would be shaking his head at the lunacy of it, but had so much support from the Stroke Association so it's time I gave a little back.
