Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and (of course) to those who have donated thus far.

I've been a supporter and involved with Starfish for a number of years, the funds we raise in the UK go a long way toward directly improving the lives of c12,000 orphans and children made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS across the 26 community organisations we support in South Africa.

The race went well as I clocked a much improved time on that course, third time lucky ... my best over the last year (i.e. since I've got back in to running that distance) ... so must be sponsorship that made the difference, not the detox which i attempted not very well before :-)

It's not too late if you would like to make a donation - the money will be sent directly to Starfish (in the UK) and Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer ... arrangements can be made for those supporting in SA, please contact me in this case.
