2022 was the hardest year of my life - for those of you who know me know that on 3rd June 2022 I lost my Dad after a very brave battle with Stage 4 cancer. In his final few months he was cared for at home by the wonderful support Hospicecare provided and he found great comfort in the visits he received from their nurses. 

It’s now my time to give back, so on 21st May 2023 I am running the Hackney Half Marathon in memory of my amazing Dad who I miss every single day.
