Story

Fundraising going well for @youngepilepsy. @GWR attempt on Saturday. Any support very appreciated. #BurpeesRock

On 7 June 2014, on the Airey Neave Recreation Ground in Watchfield, Oxfordshire (postcode SN6 8TZ should you want to come and support me in person), I will be attempting to set a Guinness World Record for the most amount of Burpees in 12 hours.  My blog gives more details and an amusing video.  Have a look at www.fitandforty.org

If you don't know what a burpee is, it is basically a squat thrust with a jump at the end.  Sounds simple, but try doing them for 12 hours!  Alternatively, you could have a look at my blog and search for "burpees" for more information.  (www.fitandforty.org).

So I want to raise money for Young Epilepsy as it is a charity close to my heart.  I am aiming to do 8000 burpees and to start the ball rolling, I have donated one pence (1p) for each intended repetition.  Please help to raise money for this awesome charity.
