I will be riding the Deloitte Ride Across Britain event from John O'Groats to Lands End in a relay team of three from June 11th - 19th with colleagues from Cisco. I'll be averaging 40-70 miles a day - this is a LOT more than I would normally cycle. In any previous cycling experience, a nice gentle ride along Bournemouth Seafront followed by a picnic and beer would be perfect. This is a bit different. It's a personal challenge for me - but also a great chance to support Paralympics GB with your support.

Cisco are joining this Deloitte Ride Across Britain event both as a Technology sponsor and participating through 96 cyclists.
