Hi Folks!

In March 2018 I will be taking part in a 100km Sahara desert trek! I will be taking on the challenge in aid of my amazing work place Birmingham Children’s Hospital Theatre Department.

The Theatre Department’s incredible team treat over 21,000 children and young people per year in over 20 clinical areas covering many specialities including Cardiac, Neuro, ENT, Ophthalmic, Plastics, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Burns, General Surgery, and many others.

So now it’s my turn to give back to them!

The trek includes 6 days wild camping in the middle of the Sahara desert after days of walking sand dunes, Erg Zaher the highest dune I will be trekking is 1900ft!

Saharan heat + Sand + NO showers = The Unspeakable!   

I will be self-funding the vast majority of the price of the trip which means more of your kind donation will go directly to BCH where it’s needed!
