On Saturday 21 June, me, Steven and 15 others from work are taking part in a dragon boat race at West Kirkby Lake Marina. It's from 10am if you're not busy and want to see us splash about!

As you may already know our Mum was involved in a serious accident 2 years ago and suffered a severe brain injury. This has affected her short term memory, behaviour, personality and she now suffers from seizures.

Mum was referred to Headway. They set up support groups for other brain injury sufferers and their families to discuss how it affects them and how they can work through it. They also arrange trips and activity days for those that haven't got such a strong support network.

We would like to say thank you to this charity by raising the small amount of £50 per racer, so that's £100 between me and Steven. If you can help in anyway it would be much appreciated xxx
