My beautiful friend has kidney failure, she goes through dialysis daily on top of surviving and fighting her way through a triple heart bypass and many other illnesses - she is a fighter, so strong and never lets it get her down or stop her, she is the heart and soul of the party there for everyone and a ray of sunshine, truly inspirational! and her lovely husband Andy is her strength there by her side daily helping her, loving her, and making her the amazing inspirational person she is! 

I have therefore decided to join NKF's Choctober event and for sponsorship from my lovely friends, family and colleagues I will be giving up Chocolate AND alcohol for the whole of October 2014!
