Two weeks today and we will have completed the marathon! Please keep supporting us and sponsoring us as it will be a tough challenge for us. Thank you x

Mum and I are running the London Marathon on the 17th April this year and we are raising money for a cause very close to our hearts. 

Unfortunately last year my Grandpa, John Barry Pink (better known as Barry or The Chairman) was taken into hospital for a routine heart valve replacement from which he did not regain consciousness for nine weeks. Despite the best efforts of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Nottingham University Hospital Barry passed away.

The love and care shown to Barry over the nine weeks he was there was second to none, and due to this we are trying to raise as much money as possible for the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit so that others get the best care possible and to say a massive thank you to all of the staff on CICU.
