Ok, ok I know said no more marathons but just so you know - it doesn't get any easier!!  I love to run but injury has made training quite challenging so while I'm hoping to make the 26.2miles my time may be a little longer than I would have hoped.  The most important thing is that my run will help to my chosen charity Whizz-Kidz.  I chose Whizz-Kidz because I know the money you help me raise will change a child's life.  There are over 70,000 children in the UK waiting for the right wheelchair.  Whizz-Kidz provides powered and lightweight manual wheelchairs which kids are able to self-propel, it gives them training to get the most out of their equipment, it provides an opportunity to meet similar children, make new friends, learn life skills and discover new talents and finally it bolsters their confidence by providing work placements which helps to diminish the link between disability and poverty.
