To all the MacMillan Cancer Fund supporters, a huge THANK YOU! We raised £480 and all for a good cause. The MacMillan tent was fantastic with free food donated by supporters, and best of all free foot and leg massages.

A very happy Jay finished in 3:05 despite a torn calf muscle and I managed the half in 2:09 which I was pleased with as it was a hot and sunny day.

We will be returning home today with wonderful memories of a great race, lovely people and stunning city. Edinburgh is certainly worth a visit!

Hi dear family and friends,

Jay and I are running the half marathon in Edinburgh this Sunday. The weather looks perfect and about 27,000 are participating. It will be a lovely trip which will include a little sight-seeing, visiting friends and of course, a bit of running!

We are supporting the recommended charity. Feel free to contribute a little if you'd like. It's all for a good cause.
