Story

On Sunday 24th September I will be running the Scottish Half Marathon (my first ever half marathon!) and hope to raise as much money as possible for my chosen charity, MS Society.

For those who are unfamiliar, MS society are a charity who’s work aims to provide research and support to thousands of people across the UK who are affected by multiple sclerosis, a condition which affects the brain and spinal cord.

This is a cause particularly close to my heart as my mum, Lynn was diagnosed with MS in 2018. As mum is also a keen runner, this seemed a fitting way to raise awareness of MS and support a fantastic charity.

Now let’s see if I can beat Mum’s half marathon PB!!
