Four years ago, on the 29th of February, Mike Bradfield (Dad) left us. Many, many of my memories with Dad involve some form of fundraising and in later years one of his most favoured charities was B.I.R.D. This year, on the 29th of February I will be running the Shawbury 10k to raise money for B.I.R.D. Was he still with us, Dad would have celebrated his 70th birthday this year so ath is my target. It seems the most fitting way I can remember him on this first anniversary.
