Fundraising for Sense
Team Wii unFit did it! Thank you so much for all your donations!
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
At Midnight on Saturday 14th May the 'Wii unFit' team will take on a 26 mile trek challenge in aid of Sense, the leading national charity that supports and campaigns for children and adults who are deafblind. Together we will struggle and stumble through 26 miles (mostly in the dark) across the uneven terrain of the Ridge Way in Oxfordshire.
That's the equivalent of walking from central St Albans to Covent Garden in London. Ouch.
Can our un-fit legs really take us that far?
With your support, yes.
The intrepid team members are Simon Wills, Jen Law, Sarah White, and Jen Williams. Anyone who knows us will know that we are far from fitness fanatics and this will be a huge challenge for us, so we really do appreciate your support.
We promise to supply photo evidence of sore feet and zombie-like staggering antics.
We have each paid the administration fee of 50 pounds to enter so you can be assured that your sponsorship will go direct to Sense.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
Thank you very very much!
Love the Wii unFit Team
