Hello!

A group of us from work (Principality) are tackling the National 3 peaks in July for Cancer Research Wales - a challenge to climb the 3 highest mountains in Scotland, Wales & England. Estimated to be an average of 26.5 miles of mountain walking which has to be done within 24 hours.

Cancer Research Wales is a charity researching diagnosis & treatment of cancer, they do amazing work which benefits people in Wales & all over the world.

This is also a bity of a personal challenge, as I have climbed Ben Nevis once before, but had a melt-down about 2 hours from finishing, so I'd like to see if I can avoid doing that again!!
